Return period
Pinta y Pinto's return policy allows you to return products if you are not satisfied with your purchase up to 30 days from the date you receive the product.
Conditions
The products must be returned in the same condition in which you received them. Therefore, products must be returned new, unused, complete and sealed. If not, we reserve the right to withhold part of the refund amount for unreturned items or not to accept the return.
Procedure
To make your return, you must contact info@pintaypinto.com by email with your invoice number, contact person, delivery address and telephone number. Once your request is received, you will be sent instructions to make the return.
Once the merchandise is received in our warehouses, and after checking its status, the amount will be refunded in the terms established in RDL 1/2007, in accordance with the payment method made by the client.
Damaged, defective or incorrect products
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, you must notify us by email info@pintaypinto.com within 14 days, and you can return it within 30 days from the date of receipt of the order. We will bear the costs of replacing the product.
Order Cancellation
As soon as we receive notice of cancellation of your order, we will refund the purchase price of the product together with the usual shipping costs for that product, corresponding to the cheapest shipping option we offer. We cannot refund any additional shipping costs for express service.

Right of Withdrawal
Customers residing in the European Union are also guaranteed by law the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for a product for 14 calendar days from the day on which you or a third party you have indicated (other than the carrier) receives the product. This right is applicable to all our products, with the exception of products whose seals have been opened.
To cancel a purchase during the 14-day reflection period, send an email to info@pintaypinto.com with your invoice number, contact person, address, telephone number, indicating the reason for the return. Please package the product in question securely and send it to us within 30 days from the date of delivery of the product.
Please note that return costs are the responsibility of the customer unless we have sent the product in error, or in the event that the product is damaged or defective.
